I like the tremors series actually. I loved the lord of the rings trilogy, and am a HUGE star wars fan.
I own the movie Walls in the City starring David Yow. i remember liking Creepshow 2, House(with greatest american hero), Omen, Poltergiest, Carrie, I must mention Jacobs Ladder. 28 days later(beautiful movie), Event Horizon, i ran home after watchig Pumpkin Head at a friends when i was in 8th grade. I own Night Breed(Clive Barker). this should be a good topic starter.

I got George A. Romero's LAND OF THE DEAD on DVD this past week & it's AMAZING! If you haven't seen this yet rent it or buy it. If you have seen it what do you think about Romero's new zombie masterpiece?

I just saw the Exorcism of Emily Rose. Now I know that you guys may not consider this a horror movie, because it is a lot about the court case too, but I thought it was kind of creepy. Did you guys see it? I was really interested in seeing this movie up until a guy I work with told me how it was all about the court case & not so much of a "horror movie" but rather a "courtroom drama." I guess it still sounds interesting, but I've passed on seeing it for now at least. I do enjoy exorcism/possession movies though.

I'm just glad I heard that it was more focused on the court case before I was gonna go, because I was expecting a straight up horror flick. I'm sure it's a great movie, I'm just glad I'll know what I'm in for when I do see it, instead of being disappointed to find out it's something else.
Speaking of being disappointed by movies...has anyone here seen DOOM yet? HORRIBLE. I was obsessed with those games when they first came out back in the day so naturally I was excited about them making a movie. But I mean fuck, they completely ignored most of the story behind the game & left out key aspects that made the game & the story what it is! I could complain much, much more, but I don't wanna spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen it & still wants too.
